| This cottage is a little piece of heaven, you don't want for nothing! It was our 9th Wedding Anniversary while on holiday, we have had a lovely time. The Countryman Pub has become our local for the week Great food, try the Steak and Ale Pie. Thank you Vanessa & Glynn the cottage is very comfortable, a real home from home. | We found "Carriers Stable" on the net & what a wonderful find it was! It is so very comfortable, bright & clean, we wanted for nothing. The welcome basket was so thoughtful & much appreciated. We enjoyed sitting at the table to have our breakfast & enjoy our view through the French doors. It was lovely and relaxing to sit at the picnic table in the back garden & write in my journal about our wonderful holiday one the IOW. We were even visited by a beautiful pheasant one sunny afternoon! The weather has been fabulous & we've enjoyed getting out & about to see all the lovely sights on the island. The views are breathtaking! The village of Brighstone we found to be very friendly for shopping & browsing & meals at the Pub, within easy walking distance. | Have travelled in torrential rain and thick mist along the coast road, we were more than pleasantly surprised to arrive and find our accommodation 'Carriers Stable'. A delightful holiday home, excellently finished with very many home from home comforts. Glyn & Vanessa have thought of everything. Like the welcome 'pack' just another one of the special touches, many thanks. Although the weather hasn't been beach weather we still have had a very enjoyable time and hope to return another time. | This little house has been a perfect base for our stay on the island, we've enjoyed exploring the footpaths and bridle ways around Brighstone ..it's a fabulous place for runners! | Thank you for sorting out a lovely stay, at such short notice. weather was kind to us. Recommend the 'Wight Mouse', good food, nice setting and ideal for children.
