Price for 3 days at 60% of weekly rate, 4
days at 75%, 5 days at 85% and 6 days at 90%. We
normally only take 3 day bookings as our minimum stay and normally only
of main season. This is because the same
amount of cleaning time and materials are involved, if we are to keep
our high standards.

bookings and short breaks are available outside normal peak season
- Entry to property
between 15:00 (3pm) and 16:00 (4pm) or other times by prior arrangement
on first day and exit by 10am on morning after last night of stay. It
would be appreciated if you can arrive soon after 15:00 on first day.
We may complete cleaning before this time if the previous occupants
leave early, if so you can leave a mobile telephone number if you wish
us to contact you so you can come in early.

bank transfer or you can use PayPal credit card payment instead of
cheque payments (additional charge of 3.4%). Final balance required six
weeks before arrival.
