Conditions for Carriers Stable Self Catering Cottage

• Non Smoking Inside, Sorry no pets
• We only ask people to look after our property, we do all the cleaning unlike some cottages.
  
• The property is not fully fenced off , so is not ideally suited to children.
• Bedroom upstairs is open to the stairs the only door is to bathroom (no stair gate, or suitable anchor point).
• The stable flooring is almost all varnished pine, if you could please not wear walking boots in the stable it would be appreciated - thank you
• We do not take any breakage deposit as yet but do expect any damages to be paid.
• There must be at least one person in a group that is staying, over 18 years of age.

• A cheque deposit made out to Vanessa Mills is required initially to confirm booking or you can use PayPal credit card payment instead of cheque payments (see further below for link and conditions). Final balance required six weeks before arrival.
  On receiving the deposit, we will send you a receipt and local map to assist finding Carriers Stable in Brighstone.

In addition to payments by cheque, we accept credit cards and debit cards payments via PayPal (as used by Ebay, there is a 2% surcharge for this service to cover part of the Paypal charge). You needn't join PayPal to make a payment
